DAVID FLATMAN

For a decade and a half I played rugby for Saracens, Bath and England. It was a wonderful time and I do occasionally miss the rough and tumble, but that career ended and another one began. Having always been rather too fond of the sound of my own voice, a life spent talking about things seemed a sensible thing to pursue. Thrillingly, I now work with both TNT Sports and ITV as a co-commentator, analyst and presenter.

Alongside television work, I compère live events across all sectors, the aim generally being to please event organisers by ensuring the velvet-smooth ticking along of their show, and also to please both the guests and myself by having as
much fun as possible at the same time. What a lovely thing to call a job!
